Cuban Missile Crisis JCC

My name is Jessica Ramsaran and I am your director for the JCC - Soviet Missile Crisis in the 2027 iteration of TurnerMUN. Historically I find it fascinating to research about the Cuban Missile Crisis and the immense effect it had on the cold war in being an utter superpower crisis. As I’ve learned more about history I find the Cuban Missile Crisis to be one of the most interesting and misunderstood crises during the cold war.

My passions include public speaking, ventures in parliament, MUN, FBLC, Evangelism + more. Furthermore, MUN has been a groundbreaking experience for me that I believe everyone should experience at least once as it has helped me to grow immensely in the skills of debate, public speaking, problem solving and much more. As a first year delegate achieving milestone honors to now being your director it is my honor to lead such an active committee at TurnerMUN.
